Job descriptionBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 6 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels in Kenya. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. Fluent in English
Position : Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :
- Execute marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Contribute to developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans, conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to distribute marketing materials.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns for the best ROI.
- Organize and participate in events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.
- Update and maintain promotional materials inventory, ensuring all resources are current and accurate.
- Provide detailed reports on marketing performance and initiatives' outcomes to the manager.
