Key Responsibilities :
Salespeople Recruitment, Training and Mentor.
- Recruit competent and result orient salespeople, ensure they are well trained, mentor and coach them.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the unit.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedure
Team Leadership
Supervise and develop unit staff.Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.Customer Service
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints.Implement customer service improvement initiatives.Sales & Business Development
Drive unit sales targets and revenue growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit regular reports on unit performance.Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Qualifications & Experience :
Possession of COP certificateMinimum of a diploma certificate, Possession of bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field is an added advantage.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage sales teams and consistently meet and surpass sales target.Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.Key Competencies :
