Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Salespeople Recruitment, Training and Mentor.

  • Recruit competent and result orient salespeople, ensure they are well trained, mentor and coach them.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the unit.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedure

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and develop unit staff.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints.
  • Implement customer service improvement initiatives.
  • Sales & Business Development

  • Drive unit sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on unit performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Possession of COP certificate
  • Minimum of a diploma certificate, Possession of bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage sales teams and consistently meet and surpass sales target.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
