Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to provide essential support across digital marketing projects, focusing on quality control (QC), research, and administrative assistance. This role blends hands-on fulfillment with detail-oriented execution, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of agency experience, exposure to B2C clients, and a high-level understanding of marketing disciplines such as SEO, PPC, and Social. This is not a strategy or management role but a key position that keeps processes running efficiently and deliverables meeting top quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

Review digital content for grammar, spelling, formatting, and adherence to client guidelines.

Verify links, accuracy, and compliance with client to-dos and don’ts.

Maintain and update QA checklists, workflows, and SOPs.

Conduct audits, spot checks, and performance validations across deliverables.

SEO Performance Monitoring

Ensure SEO-related tasks are accurately executed within campaigns.

Support the review of basic optimization items such as keywords or links when needed.

Collaborate with content and technical teams to ensure issues are promptly resolved.

Project Management & Team Support

Coordinate tasks, schedules, and documentation to support efficient execution.

Create and maintain Google Sheets, trackers, and project documents.

Support the team with ad-hoc research, administrative, and client-related tasks.

Client Communication

Support client-facing workflows by ensuring all deliverables meet expected quality and timelines.

Maintain organized documentation and assist in providing updates when requested.

Training & Mentorship

Follow established processes and SOPs for QC and content review.

Support the onboarding of new hires by demonstrating QA procedures and team workflows.

Qualifications

Experience

2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency.

Experience working with B2C clients.

Background in SEO, content creation, and performance tracking.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

High-level understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).

Excellent organization, research, and communication skills.

Problem-solving mindset with adaptability and autonomy.

Positive, dependable, and proactive attitude.
