Based in Nairobi and reporting to the Sales Manager, this position requires the successful candidates to perform the following functions :
1. Prospecting for clients for the provision of insurance products specifically life insurance,
education and investment / savings plans.
2. Make accurate presentation of products and services to individual / group clients.
3. Sign up clients for the chosen products and present the applications to the company for on-boarding.
4.Provide consistent support and service to these clients for the entire duration of their
insurance according to their requirements to maintain a strong customer relations.
4. Advise clients on how to minimize risks.
5. Advise prospective and existing clients on the appropriate savings and investment plans.
6. Maintain regular contact with customers / clients.
7. Attend weekly team meetings and regular product and customer service training.
Qualifications :
1 You MUST BE at least 25 years of age.
2. Have a minimum of K.C.S.E Grade C+
2. Diploma in Insurance / Actuarial science or any business-related field from a recognized institution.
3.Have a passion for sales and seeking a long-term career in sales.
4.Be highly networked and result oriented
5.Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
6.Computer Literate
7. Prior experience in sales and particularly insurance products will be a definite advantage.
