Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real estate industry (architects, engineers, developers, contractors).
- Identify sales opportunities and actively pitch Euroform's window, door, and façade systems and roller blinds systems.
- Prepare and deliver technical / commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Monitor ongoing projects and support clients from quotation through delivery and installation.
- Track payments and coordinate closely with finance to ensure commission is calculated on collected revenue.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of signed contracts and revenue.
- Represent Euroform at industry events, site visits, and project meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / diploma in Sales or a relevant fieldAt least 3 years' experience in sales rolesWell networked within the Real Estate Sector
