Financial Analyst

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Senior Financial Analyst with 10+ years of proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision support. The role requires a strong background in financial modeling, business performance analysis, and strategic advisory to senior management.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business strategy.

Develop and maintain financial models for investment decisions, cost control, and profitability analysis.

Analyze financial performance, variances, and key drivers to provide actionable insights.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.

Support capital investment decisions and evaluate ROI for new projects.

Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, procurement) to align financial goals with business objectives.

Conduct market and industry research to guide financial planning.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity risks.

Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and corporate governance standards.

Mentor and guide junior analysts to strengthen team capability.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA strongly preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.

Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.

Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with financial data.

Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
