Senior Business Analyst

Rendeavour is the owner and developer of Tatu City, the first operational Special Economic Zone in Kenya. Rendeavour’s development portfolio includes more than 30,000 acres (12,000 ha) of land in the urban growth trajectories of major cities in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

As a Senior Business Analyst , you will oversee business analysis, strategic planning, and operational coordination across our diverse portfolio. This is a high-impact role, where CEOs of portfolio businesses will rely on you for guidance and support — giving you the opportunity to make significant contributions across our ecosystem.

This role demands a hands-on leader capable of synthesizing market data, developing actionable business plans, and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve results. The position is based in Tatu City, Kenya; however, occasional travel to Nigeria, Ghana, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo will be required.

The daily tasks will include :

• Business Analysis : Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business sizing to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Develop comprehensive business plans and financial models to support strategic decision-making. Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership and investors.
• Operational Management : Coordinate with business leaders to track progress, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment with group objectives. Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational performance. Foster cross-functional collaboration between teams to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
• Strategic Oversight : Act as the primary liaison between portfolio businesses and the corporate finance team to align strategy with execution. Provide analytical support for new joint ventures, partnerships, and projects. Drive key initiatives to scale businesses and improve profitability.
