Senior Data Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience in data management, analysis, and visualization to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and presenting data insights that drive business performance, improve efficiency, and optimize operations. This role requires advanced analytical expertise, proficiency in modern BI tools, and strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Conduct in-depth statistical and predictive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

Design and implement data models to support forecasting and business planning.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data governance and analytics.

Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and pipelines.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

10+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.

Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

Experience with databases, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
