Fashion Retail Associate - Online and In-Store

Key Responsibilities :

Provide excellent customer service in-store and respond to online inquiries.

Assist customers in selecting fashion items and offer personalized styling advice.

Achieve sales targets by promoting products and identifying upselling opportunities.

Manage online orders, including processing, tracking, and providing customer updates.

Assist with inventory management, including stock organization and visual merchandising.

Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with fashion trends.

Collaborate with the team to support promotional activities and special events.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in fashion retail or sales is an advantage.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media, and POS systems is a plus.
