Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to lead the creation of innovative and market-ready fashion collections. The ideal candidate will combine artistic creativity with business awareness, ensuring designs are both trend-forward and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities

Research and forecast seasonal fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styles.

Develop original design concepts, sketches, and technical drawings.

Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments for collections.

Oversee pattern-making, sampling, and garment fitting processes.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

Design seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and customer preferences.

Manage relationships with suppliers, textile vendors, and manufacturers.

Prepare fashion collections for presentations, shows, and marketing campaigns.

Ensure designs meet budget, timelines, and quality standards.

Stay updated on global fashion trends and consumer behavior.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.

10+ years’ proven experience in fashion design, garment creation, or apparel production.

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and technical skills.

Proficiency in fashion design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools).

Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and garment construction techniques.

Strong sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and trend analysis.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
