Human Resource Intern

Job Title : Human Resources Intern (Full-Time, Remote with Field Visits)

Location : Nairobi Remote (with occasional travel to client sites as needed)

Salary : Ksh 10,000 15,000 (Monthly Stipend)

Duration :  3- 6 months

Reports to : HR Officer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a self-driven and reliable Human Resources Intern to join our team on a full-time remote basis, with the flexibility to visit clients when required. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in HR while enjoying the flexibility of working from home, and the added exposure of fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Support virtual onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records in digital formats
• Coordinate with clients on HR-related matters including outsourced staff documentation and follow-ups
• Visit client sites occasionally for document collection, employee check-ins, or other HR support needs
• Support in organizing virtual training sessions and employee engagement activities
• Assist with compliance and HR policy adherence across client engagements
• Respond to HR-related queries from staff or clients, escalating when necessary
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
