We seek an energetic Sales Executive who will drive both physical and digital sales growth.
Role Overview :
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving pharmacy sales through both in-store engagement and online platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, digitally savvy, and able to develop innovative sales strategies to generate and close online orders while building strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively promote and sell pharmaceutical and wellness products to walk-in customers and through online platforms (WhatsApp Business, e-commerce site, social media, etc.).
- Generate and convert online orders daily, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless customer experience.
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and complaints through digital channels professionally.
- Develop partnerships with gyms, salons, spas, clubs, apartments, and corporate clients to grow bulk and recurring orders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through both offline and online sales tactics.
- Execute promotional campaigns (discounts, offers, bundles) to boost online engagement and conversions.
- Provide insights on customer trends, competitor activity, and online marketing opportunities.
- Work with the pharmacy team to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and order accuracy.
- Maintain records of online / offline sales, preparing regular reports.
Qualifications and Skills :
Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.2+ years sales experience (pharmacy / healthcare or FMCG preferred).Proven ability to generate and close online sales orders (WhatsApp, Social Media or e-commerce platform).Strong digital communication and negotiation skills.Familiarity with pharmacy products and operations is an added advantage.Customer-focused, tech-savvy, and persuasive personality.Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet set sales targets.What They Offer :
