A company based in Tatu City is seeking to recruit a full-time Sales Representative to drive the sale of solar products for both commercial and domestic clients, including solar panels, inverters, and batteries. The ideal candidate is a motivated, customer-focused professional who will help grow the company’s market presence through effective sales strategies, strong client relationships, and proactive market engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect, and on-board new business clients.
- Present and promote company products / services to clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit detailed sales reports.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in sales and marketing or relevant business studies.Minimum 2–3 years experience in B2B sales (required).Experience in sales of motor vehicles / tractors an added advantage.Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutionsWhat we offer :
