Collections & Recoveries Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Collections & Recoveries Intern (s) to support our collections team in recovering overdue payments and managing non-performing loans. The successful candidate will receive a basic retainer salary and gain hands-on experience in collections processes, customer engagement, and credit risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

Engage Clients : Contact delinquent clients to negotiate and arrange repayment plans.

Monitor & Report : Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on collection activities.

Enforce Recoveries : Recommend and coordinate appropriate recovery actions, including with external agencies.

Compliance & Communication : Ensure adherence to collection policies and communicate payment reminders effectively.
