Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering innovative engineering solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading complex projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while meeting cost and timeline targets.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of products, systems, or infrastructure.

Ensure technical specifications meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Project Leadership

Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

Technical Problem-Solving

Analyze complex engineering challenges and implement cost-effective, efficient solutions.

Oversee troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Standards & Compliance

Ensure adherence to industry regulations, codes, and safety requirements.

Maintain documentation and records for audits and certifications.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, materials, and processes.

Propose and lead initiatives to improve product performance and production efficiency.

Mentorship & Team Development

Train and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.

Lead technical reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or related discipline); Master’s degree preferred.

Experience : 10+ years in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in senior or lead positions.

Strong proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or equivalent).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Proven leadership and project management abilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
