DENTAL SUPPLIES FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships in the healthcare sector? Our Client, a trusted provider of quality dental equipment and consumables, is looking for a Dental Supplies Field Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.

They supply a wide range of premium dental products to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities across Kenya, and we are seeking a self-driven individual who can connect with dental professionals, promote our brand, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Promote and sell a diverse range of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and industry events.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental practitioners and key decision-makers.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients fully understand usage, benefits, and maintenance.

Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and emerging trends in the dental supplies market.

Collaborate with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional client service.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.

Qualification and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in the dental or medical supplies industry.

Strong knowledge of dental equipment and products is highly desirable.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
