Country Manager (Forex, Nairobi office)

Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Country Manager (Forex, Nairobi office).

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence in Africa region
• Build and manage the team and provide leadership, guidance, and support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to make informed business decisions
• Closely collaborating with Marketing in order to oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to Africa region
• Analyse performance metrics and financial data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with other departments such as compliance, operations, PSPs and and Back Office to ensure seamless business operations in the region
• Drive revenue growth and profitability targets for the Africa region through effective sales and business development strategies
• Developing the region including but not limited to converting leads into clients and acquiring and establishing business relationships with new and existing partners
• Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners and proactively work to retain and reactivate clients and partners
