Video Marketing Manager

Wealth Nation  is a financial education company, which helps our customers control their finances by first taking responsibility.

We are a US-based company with team members throughout the US.  As a Video Marketing Manager, your goal will be to increase our traffic and ultimately leads from Youtube and Wealth Nation's Membership sites. You will accomplish this by Pre optimization and post-optimization of videos, titles, and content on topics related to personal finance, life insurance and investing.

Additionally, you will research and perform outreach to various Youtube channels, building relationships with them, and convincing them to become guests on the Wealth Nation, and share / link back to the channel.  Responsibilities : Creates free resources that can drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and / or other important metrics Optimizes the content we have, with an eye to repurposing, and refreshing it to maintain relevancy.

Grows our customer base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s in tune with their needs.

Serves as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission.

You write clean, concise, well-polished copy and are a savvy word smith (creative & technical).

Edits content produced by your teammates, including conceptualizing the projects upfront and copy-editing prior to publishing.

Stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar.

Requirements : Very savvy with video editing 1 year (Preferred) This job requires that you MUST be fluent in English.  You must be an excellent writer in English. If we see grammatical errors in your application, you will be immediately disqualified.

Youtube best practices : 1 year (Preferred) Video Titles & Lower Thirds Manage video uploads Optimize Thumbnail Youtube Intro Endscreen Optimization B-roll / Stock Footage Relevant Stories Engagement Inside Community Youtube Ads Social Teasers for Instagram, Youtube, & Tic Tok SEO experience is a plus but not required.  Excel experience is a plus.
