Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our production, supply chain, and installation activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about operational excellence, quality management, and efficient project delivery, ensuring EUROFORM’s promise of superior products and services is consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management :

Lead and optimize the aluminium fabrication and assembly processes to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

Manage procurement, inventory control, and supplier relationships to secure cost-effective, timely, and high-standard material deliveries.

Oversee project execution from design handover to final installation, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Manage and mentor the operations team including supervisors, technicians, and installation crews; ensure proper skills development and performance management.

Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures at every stage of production and installation, aligned with international standards.

Analyze and improve operational workflows, embracing innovation and lean methodologies to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Monitor operational performance, prepare reports for the leadership team, and manage operational budgets effectively.

Support project managers in client meetings when operational expertise is required, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction

Requirements
