Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative strategy and execution of our brand across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture thinking with hands-on creative leadership, ensuring that all campaigns and designs reflect brand values, resonate with audiences, and achieve measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Define and oversee the creative vision, direction, and brand identity of the organization.
Lead the development of integrated campaigns across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
Manage and inspire creative teams (designers, copywriters, content creators, and marketers).
Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
Provide art direction and design guidance for high-profile projects.
Oversee the production of digital content, advertising, branding, and multimedia assets.
Ensure consistency of brand voice, style, and visual identity across all channels.
Stay ahead of creative trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into strategies.
Manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Represent the creative vision to clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
10+ years’ proven experience in creative leadership (advertising, branding, media, or design agency).
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact campaigns and creative excellence.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
Strong knowledge of brand strategy, marketing, and digital media.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to balance creativity with strategic and commercial objectives.
