We are searching for driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executives to play a pivotal role for our client. The ideal candidate will excel at building and managing relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers. This role focuses on demonstrating the value of our client’s solutions, helping them achieve their business objectives, and expanding their market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Cycle Management : Lead the entire sales process from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Pipeline and Forecast Management : Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate sales forecasts and reports through CRM tools.
  • Client Outreach & Relationship Building : Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Strategic Planning : Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations : Conduct high-level product presentations, showcasing the value and impact of our solutions to senior executives.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams : Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies and leverage resources for maximum impact.
  • Industry Research : Continuously stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit :

  • Proven Sales Expertise : At least 6 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through value-based solution selling.
  • Earnings Motivation : A highly driven sales approach with a strong desire to maximize earnings and achieve substantial financial success.
  • Collaborative Mindset : Proven experience working closely with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Relationship Building : Strong ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Sales Process Proficiency : Experience executing structured sales processes and navigating complex sales cycles effectively.
  • CRM and Pipeline Management : Expert-level proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline tracking and accurate forecasting.
  • Resilience & Drive : Strong, results-oriented mindset with the ability to close significant deals consistently.
  • Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum of 6 years in enterprise-level sales, with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build executive-level relationships.
  • Skills : Strong background in B2B sales within specific territories. Extensive experience in managing large accounts and working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency : Experience using tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive), and communication tools for client engagement.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven : Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while consistently meeting targets.

    You will begin your day by identifying potential clients and following up on leads. As the day progresses, you’ll engage with senior decision-makers, presenting tailored product demonstrations. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to aligning strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market reach. Managing your sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasts will be a continuous focus to ensure success.
