We build fruitful relationships with our clients and always aim to add value to their business by improving the efficiency of their HR activities and increasing the return on their Human Capital spend.Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspecting and monitoring for compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.Assembles teams / loaders , assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules and determines and acquires resources needed.Develops and maintains company and project plans, budgets and prepares and analyzes project performance reports.Negotiates, administers, and manages contracts with clients.Serves as liaison between the waste facility and the management requesting for services.Supervises teamwork processes and procedures and expenses and supports programs which drive team performance toward company goals.Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.Oversees waste facility personnel needs including coaching, training, and evaluating loaders performance. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. QualificationsDiploma in any related field A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills. Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on mentoring and motivation of employees.High level of sound and independent judgment and reasoning. Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures. Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Able to work well under pressure ,Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and eager to learn
