AI & Automation Intern

[This is a 6-month internship with the opportunity to convert to full-time employee. This position is preferably based in Cape Town, South Africa but can be 100% remote depending on your experience and remote working ability]

Welcome Tomorrow was founded in 2021, starting from a simple observation : the world's most advanced growth marketing techniques are not localised for emerging markets. Online marketing is increasingly complex and competitive, while there too much fragmentation in the expertises required to build sustainable compounding growth. Today, very few partners have a 360 vision of the key components that contribute a business success.

Bringing state-of-the-art performance marketing expertise, Welcome Tomorrow is on a mission to redefine what a trusted growth partner is in Emerging Markets, starting with Africa. We operate along 4 main pillars :

• Performance Marketing : we build an implement campaigns that driving business results for our customers (such as online sales, leads, usage or revenue) for mobile apps and web.
• Creative Studio : relevant creatives and messaging are paramount in any campaign performance. We design specific data-driven creatives for each marketing channel and adopt a systematic A / B testing approach.
• Tracking & Analytics : we enable our customers to collect, visualise and activate their 1st party data across multiple platforms and channels to make better business decisions, faster.

We’re looking for a highly curious and technically-minded AI & Automation Intern to help us research, build, and implement the next generation of marketing solutions for our team and our clients.
