We are a growing marketing agency specializing in content-driven social media management and advertising. We're at an exciting inflection point—transitioning from founder-led execution to scalable, systemized operations. This role is critical to that transformation.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who can do two things exceptionally well : build the operational backbone of our content systems AND execute the day-to-day work .
This isn't just a VA role—it's a systems-builder position for someone who can take processes living in our founder's head, document them into repeatable workflows, and then run those workflows with precision and consistency.
You'll be responsible for :
- Light video editing for social content
- Social media post management (scheduling, publishing, monitoring)
- Ad campaign management (setup, monitoring, optimization)
- Client reporting (analytics, performance summaries)
- Systems documentation (SOPs, templates, checklists)
- Process optimization (identifying inefficiencies, proposing improvements)
What You'll Be Doing
Systems Building
Document existing workflows by shadowing and interviewing MariahCreate step-by-step SOPs for editing, posting, ad management, and reportingBuild templates, checklists, and file organization systemsDesign a knowledge base that makes processes easy to follow and improveContent Execution
Edit short-form video content (reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts)Schedule and publish social media posts across platformsSet up and monitor ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)Generate weekly / monthly performance reports for clientsRespond to comments and messages as neededContinuous Improvement
Track what's working and what's breakingSuggest process improvements and efficiency gainsUpdate documentation as workflows evolveWho Thrives in This Role
