About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in line with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Identify and pursue new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Prepare and present business proposals, tenders, and reports to management.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and growth outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 5- 10 years experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business growth targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
