• Oversee day-to-day plant production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, output targets, and quality standards.
• Coordination with Steel Mills : Liaise with multiple steel mills for raw material planning, timely supply, and alignment of production requirements across facilities.
• Process Optimization : Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and control costs.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with metallurgical standards, specifications, and customer requirements, working closely with quality control teams.
• Workforce & Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
• Safety & Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) norms, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Resource Planning : Plan and optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, consumables, and utilities to achieve cost-efficient operations.
• Reporting & Analysis : Track production KPIs, prepare regular MIS reports, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
