Position :   Cold Rolling Mill Section Manager .

Education :   Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Process    Engineering.

Experience :   2-4 years

Location :   Mombasa, Kenya

Job Description :

• Work experience in rolling plant and assembly plant
• Ability to work independently.
• Manage the Cold Rolling Mill Section consisting of a workforce of 30-40 people.
• Follow and in future create the production plan to produce the required tonnage of cold rolled sheets.
• Identify and implement reduction in labor cost
• Identify and plan maintenance schedules .
• Knowledge of cold and hot rolling mills in aluminium production
• Knowledge of mechanical presses and deep drawing machines, blanking presses .
