As a Process Automation Expert you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering
automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of business
processes
Main tasks:
- Define and manage the automation pipeline by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities across finance and business processes.
- Translate business needs into automation designs and deliver solutions using tools such asUiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Ensure secure, scalable implementations in collaboration with IT, data, and security teams.
- Use process mining and analytics (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) to uncover inefficiencies and enable ERP integration.
- Oversee automation governance, testing (UAT/SIT), and change support including training and documentation for end users.
Qualifications
- English language at min. B2 level
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, or Business
- 4–6+ years of experience in process automation, RPA development, or digital transformation
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and workflow engines
- Experience in RPA design, configuration, and deployment
- Knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and ERP integration (SAP, Oracle)
- Hands-on skills in workflow automation or low-code platforms
- Familiarity with documentation standards (PDD, SDD, SOPs) and automation governance
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and change agility
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and business/user-oriented approach
Nice to have:
- Experience in finance or business process environments
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
