Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to oversee and manage the full financial operations of a growing service-based construction company. This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping and focuses on financial oversight, system integration, cash flow stabilization, and forward-looking reporting .

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Online , understands job-based accounting, and can provide financial insights that support operational and sales decision-making. This position operates within a Remote Desktop environment and works closely with ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

• Oversee full-cycle accounting including Accounts Receivable (A / R), Accounts Payable (A / P), and general ledger management
• Prepare and review monthly and ongoing financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Ensure accurate bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks Online
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and best practices
