Business Development/Execution Office Support

Job Description

Business development:

1. Lead generation - Overall sales strategy and creating sales plans to grow SGS revenue for designated accounts/region.
2. Customer relations management - Anticipate, identify, and understand client’s needs and concerns. Make recommendation to clients of the various solutions the company offers and translate those into sales opportunities.
3. Market and competitor research - Prepare presentations, quotations, service agreements and tenders within set deadlines.
4. Maintaining of customer database - Maintain a database of clients with contact information: telephone, direct mail, e-mail and networking.

Execution Office Support

1. Inspection coordination - Ensuring the correct registration of inspection results executed by the inspectors of the assigned country/area/region.
2. Follow up on pending requirement for files, registrations and licenses.
3. Invoicing – Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all jobs executed.
4. Customer service for the execution office.
5. Monitor Key performance indicator for the inspectors

Any other duties assigned to you from time to time by Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent.
• Practical sales experience.
• Knowledge on inspection procedures (internal training).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• International trade and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Additional Information

The incumbent shall be responsible for overall sales Strategy to grow revenue for
designated accounts / region through contacting potential clients to establish new
business and retain existing clients. They shall also be responsible for correct
registration of inspections results executed by the inspectors ensuring key
performance indicators are achieved in Inspection execution.
