Role Summary.
- Provide an appropriately broad, balanced and differentiated learning experience for students, in accordance with the national curriculum, aims of the school and curriculum policies.
- Ensure commitment to ethos and set of values in order to secure high quality learning, effective use of resources and improvement in standards of learning and achievement for all students.
- To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To prepare and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the school’s vision and mission.Teach students principally in the subject area across the classes and ability range in accordance with agreed schemes of work and assessment for learning, recording and reporting procedures.Be in a position to develop programs to meet the needs, abilities and interests of learners using a range of instructional techniques and media.Evaluating the performance of students throughout the school calendar year.Participate in the development of appropriate materials and schemes of work within your faculty and in cooperation with colleagues.Share responsibility for ensuring the safety, well-being and discipline of all the students at the school.Helping individual students who are behind or struggling to learn the content.Carry out a share of supervisory duties in accordance with agreed rotas.Participate in meetings with parents and colleagues relating to all aspects of your work as a teacher.The requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
