Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support to support day-to-day HR and People Team operations. This role is responsible for maintaining employee documentation, supporting onboarding workflows, managing internal trackers, coordinating benefits and payroll reporting, and ensuring internal processes remain organized and compliant.
The ideal candidate is proactive, process-driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems and departments. This is a strong role for someone with HR admin experience who enjoys documentation, coordination, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Documentation
- Support onboarding documentation processes, including background verification tracking
- Maintain employee onboarding records and ensure completion of required documents
- Maintain and update the People Team Master Tracker with high accuracy
People Team Administration & Communication
Monitor the People Team email inbox, upload documents, and route items to the correct internal stakeholdersCommunicate with the Talent Director regarding employee birthdays, recognitions, and team updatesMaintain employee access logins and permissions across systems (e.g., Gusto, Google Workspace, Caseflow, EHR, etc.)Payroll, Benefits & Reporting Support
Send weekly overtime and payroll reports to administrators and ensure timely follow-upSupport benefits enrollment processes and reportingAssist with maintaining accurate records related to payroll and benefits administrationEmployee Experience & Engagement
Manage employee NPS score processes through monthly surveysCompile and relay survey results to managers and leadership teamsTrack employee training needs and ensure documentation is currentTraining & Compliance Support
Maintain clinical oversight transcripts, training agendas, and compliance documentation in alignment with internal requirementsSupport process documentation and key People Team workflowsOffice & Purchasing Support
Coordinate office purchasing needs including printers, supplies, and vendor-related purchases (e.g., Costco, office vendors, etc.)Qualifications
Required
2+ years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or administrative coordinationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with multiple systems and learning new platforms quicklyHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee dataProficiency in Google Workspace and / or Microsoft Office SuitePreferred
Experience supporting onboarding workflows and employee documentationFamiliarity with HR / payroll platforms such as GustoExperience managing surveys, engagement reporting, or HR trackersExperience in healthcare, clinical environments, or compliance-heavy industriesRequirements
