About the role
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Contractor to support day-to-day execution across email and SMS channels, working closely with a senior lifecycle strategist who provides high-level direction and testing strategy.
This role is execution-focused and designed for someone who can independently translate strategy into high-quality lifecycle work with minimal hand-holding. It is not an entry-level position; the ideal candidate has enough strategic context to understand why programs are being built, while owning execution, coordination, and quality control.
Time Commitment & Capacity Expectations
- 15–20 hours per week (approximately 3–4 hours per day )
- Requires consistent, reliable availability — not sporadic or ad hoc support
- Ability to maintain steady weekly output
- Opportunity for expanded scope over time based on performance and business needs
Ideal Background
Experience
3–6 years of experience in Lifecycle / CRM / Email & SMS marketingStrong preference for :Agency or in-house experience supporting DTC / eCommerce brandsCPG experience is a plusExperience working with high-growth, retention- and subscription-driven brandsFamiliarity with common DTC lifecycle levers :AOV, LTV, segmentation, post-purchase flows, bundles, promotionsExperience executing against strategy developed by a senior lifecycle leadTools & Platforms
