YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive top line growth in assigned country / country cluster or industry and manage assigned internal & external account manager teams.
- Define sales strategy and take responsibility for business development.
- Define and implement sales strategy and guidelines for country/country cluster or industry.
- Set sales targets, budgets and allocate resources.
- Manage assigned internal and external AM teams.
- Cooperate with Business Development, Customer Service and PM/IMM and share best practices.
- Contribute to product development projects.
- Optimize margins by reviewing, guiding, and optimizing pricing.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
- Three to five years of experience as sales manager
- Three to five years of sales experience
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Be prepared to travel Regionally and Internationally
