Job Title : Business Consulting Intern

Location : Nairobi, Kenya

Duration : 3-6 months

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the world of business consulting.

The Role :

As a Business Consulting Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and contribute to projects that deliver real impact. You will be immersed in a dynamic environment where you will be encouraged to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the research and analysis of market trends, competitor landscapes, and client industries.
  • Support the development of client presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, providing support in the facilitation and documentation of outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
  • Contribute to internal projects and initiatives aimed at improving our consulting practices.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities, including training sessions and mentorship programs.

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field with a minimum of upper second-class honours or its equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • KCSE Mean Grade B and above, with a minimum of B in both English and Mathematics
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
