About the Role

Blockops is seeking a world-class Graphic Designer to elevate and systematize our visual identity across the entire product and ecosystem. You will design high-quality graphics, visual systems, and reusable patterns that make our brand unmistakable, consistent, sharp, technical, and premium.

You will turn complex web3 infrastructure concepts into clear, memorable visuals that resonate with developers and enterprise users. This role demands a designer who blends creative intuition with structured thinking, someone who can move from crafting a beautiful asset to building a scalable design system that powers campaigns, docs, events, dashboards, and product surfaces.

You’ll work closely with the Founder, Product and Engineering teams to ensure that everything we ship from diagrams to launch visuals meets our creative standards and communicates the Blockops story.

Requirements

What you will do

• Build and maintain the Blockops visual identity system : templates, typography scales, spacing grids, iconography, motion rules, and reusable components
• Translate briefs and Figma files into production-ready assets with clean hierarchy, visual clarity, and perfect file hygiene
• Design multi-format campaigns across web, social, docs, product UI, email, and event collateral
• Create diagram systems for technical concepts (e.g., nodes, infra stacks, AI agents, observability pipelines)
• Develop sub-brand frameworks for products like Mission Control, Telescope, Staking API, Pulsar etc
• Produce ecosystem partner kits : usage rules, co-brand guides, asset specs, and export libraries
• Collaborate across teams to craft visuals that enhance narrative, structure information, and promote consistency
• Establish pipelines and best practices for briefs, milestones, QA checklists, and asset management
• Identify brand / UI debt across surfaces and proactively recommend improvements
• Ensure accessibility standards are met (contrast, legibility, motion fallbacks, color discipline)
• Track asset adoption and performance; iterate based on user feedback and measurable outcomes
