New opportunity as Executive Chef has become available with this internationally branded hospitality group based on-site in a remote location at their Kenyan property.
Responsible for:
- Daliy culinary operations
- Financials, Budget & Costing including CAPEX & OPEX
- Hygiene & Safety
- Staff development & training
- Menu engineering
Requirements:
- Sub Saharan African location experience A MUST
- Single or spousal travel only, please note that this is a remote location
- Luxury hospitality/ or international hotel experienced
- In a similar position for at least 3 years
- Ability to work in a remote location
- Travelling as single status or spousal only
Salary Package: Up to $4000 + benefits
