Terms of Reference
We are seeking to hire 15 Field Enumerators
Specific tasks
The Field Enumerators include :
Familiarizing with data collection tools, consenting process and protocols.
Introducing participants to the study and conducting the consenting process.
Conducting data collection activities as per the outlined protocols.
Documentation of all field implementation and community engagement process including keeping accurate records and raw data
Digitize data by accurately entering information from hard copy documents into the designated databases.
Ensuring proper storage of the study documents / samples
Providing regular updates on progress, challenges and submitting timely reports on data collection activities
Relevant qualifications :
A Degree / Diploma in Social Science, Economic or any other related field.
Proficiency in the use of smart phone / tablet / computer is required.
Familiarity with research ethics.
Ability to work within tight schedules under minimal supervision.
Should be fluent in English / Swahili
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
