and duties
- Work with KNBS officers to conduct household listing in select enumeration areas and to identify eligible households based on a defined criterion.
- Obtain and document informed consent / assent from study participants prior to the interviews.
- Conduct and record interviews held with respondents using Survey CTO.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum requirements
KCSE certificate with a minimum of Grade C.Proven experience in quantitative data collection and electronic data capture.Strong communication, interpersonal and report writing skills.Available to work full time on the project for the duration of the study.Resident in one of the counties – Kirinyaga, Kilifi, Taita Taveta, Makueni, Tharaka Nithi,Nairobi, Garissa, Migori, Kisumu, Narok, Uasin Gishu, Turkana, Kericho and Vihiga.Fluent in both oral and written English and Swahili. Familiarity with local languages spoken in the target counties is an added advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively and collaborate with a large research team.Application must include :
