The Role

You will be responsible for :

Executive Assistance :

  • Managing client schedules, calendars, appointments, and email correspondence to ensure efficiency and timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key discussion points.
  • Handling travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries while supporting both personal and professional tasks.

Marketing & Brand Management :

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content calendars.
  • Creating marketing materials, presentations, and reports aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Conducting market research to provide actionable insights and inform strategies.
  • Planning and implementing multi-platform communications, including SEO / SEM, PR, and viral marketing campaigns.
  • Managing advertising budgets and collaborating with agencies to localize content and campaigns.
  • Employer Branding & Corporate Communications :

  • Designing and executing employer branding strategies to attract and engage top talent.
  • Creating and delivering messaging for corporate communications to keep staff informed and aligned with company strategies.
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to promote the employee value proposition and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of continuous experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, or Marketing Communications, ideally within the Professional Services or Media & Entertainment industries.
  • Experience supporting an executive is a strong advantage.
  • You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for grammar and good vocabulary.
  • You take pride in delivering high-quality work and have a strong attention to detail.
  • You thrive on finding creative solutions to challenges and enjoy problem-solving.
  • You are a self-starter with exceptional resilience and the ability to work independently.
  • You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and skilled at balancing executive support with strategic marketing responsibilities.
  • You must reside in Nairobi, Kenya
