WHAT YOU’LL DO : -Dive deep into Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success workflows to understand and enhance processes.

• Partner with department heads to document workflows and develop seamless Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Leverage tools like HubSpot Workflows and Zapier to design and maintain powerful automations.
• Continuously evaluate, optimize, and improve existing processes for maximum efficiency.
• Provide onboarding and administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
• Play a key role in creating clear, detailed documentation for each automation and SOP.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR : -At least 1 year of experience in automation creation and lead generation.
