About the Role
The Field Operations Associate will play a central role in managing and coordinating the company’s healthcare projects and events. This position requires a hands-on professional experienced in operational execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership within Kenya’s healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless delivery of medical data collection programs, community health camps, and professional medical conferences while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and high-quality standards across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Coordination
Oversee the planning and execution of medical data collection projects, health camps, and medical conferences.
Coordinate activities among internal teams, healthcare partners, and regulatory authorities.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics to ensure efficient operations.
2. Team Management
Supervise and support field and administrative staff responsible for operational tasks
Monitor performance, ensure accountability, and drive team productivity
Provide clear instructions, mentorship, and regular performance feedback.
3. Stakeholder Communication
Maintain professional communication with clinic and hospital managers, doctors, and healthcare workers.
Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, regulatory bodies, and other partners.
Represent the company in meetings with government officials and regulators with professionalism and diplomacy.
4. Strategic and Analytical Support
Collaborate with management to develop detailed business and operational plans.
Collect and analyze healthcare and regulatory data to support decision-making.
Prepare reports, insights, and updates for senior leadership.
5. Technology and Reporting
Use modern office and communication software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools)
Maintain organized digital records and ensure efficient data management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in healthcare operations, project coordination, or event management in Kenya.
Strong project management, planning, and organizational abilities
Excellent communication skills with healthcare professionals and government stakeholders
Fluency in English and Swahili, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern digital tools.
Experience preparing budgets, operational plans, and management reports.
