The Job

Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

You’re a battle-tested sales professional ready to own big, complex deals. You’ll :

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead nurturing to closing major commercial contracts.
  • Lead negotiations with top-tier clients, showcasing the unique value of Neosun’s solutions.
  • Drive the pipeline aggressively — hitting at least 3 deals per month.
  • Represent us face-to-face when required, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Your Rewards :

  • Base salary : $400–$550 / month
  • Commission : 1% on every deal closed

  • The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Environment / Renewable Energy / Sustainability industry.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
