Your Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection Support
Support in the recruitment processes and adhere to the recruitment policies and proceduresCoordinate scheduling of interviews with the shortlisted applicants and interview panelPlan and communicate to selected candidates on specific date and location of interviewsEnsure interview panel have all necessary documentation relating to the interviewAbility to manage high volumes ofapplicationPlan and coordinate new employee onboarding employment forms, office accessFiling
Ensure all employee files have the necessary documentation as per the personal file checklistEnsure filing of relevant employee records is done in a timely mannerEY Ripples
Coordinate activities of the NextGen programConvene meetings with the various committees whenever necessary – progress updates, approvals etcContact person with the NextGen Parents & Schools.Ongoing CHRP studies is desirableExcellent Computer skills – Excel, Word, Power Point, OutlookExcellent organizational & time management skillsAttributes : -
