Responsibility

Responsible for developing an overall strategy for pre-sales solutions to meet customer needs and drive sales and business development.
Responsible for designing high-quality technical solutions based on customer needs, including detailed technical architecture, system integration solutions, and implementation plans.
Understand market trends and competitive environment, conduct industry analysis and customer research to ensure that the provided solutions are competitive in the market.
Provide comprehensive pre-sales support for key customer projects, including customer needs analysis, solution demonstrations, and technical consulting.
Coordinate the company's internal technology, resources, and information to ensure the smooth implementation of pre-sales plans.
Identify, evaluate, and screen potential partners, especially key partners in technology, market, and channels.
Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners, communicate regularly, and ensure smooth cooperation and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in related majors such as communication, electronic information, computer science, software engineering, etc.

Work experience : Have 5 years or more of work experience in the communication or IT related industry. Fully equipped with DICT service, telecommunications and DICT network integration services, installation services, after-sales maintenance, pre-sales capabilities for data center construction, and also serving as a delivery project manager. Emphasis on pre-sales service.

Professional skills : Familiar with general ICT industry solutions, proficient in one or several solutions and products, including data communication, servers, storage, security, wireless, cloud, etc. Priority is given to those with experience in government and large enterprise projects, and those with relevant certification certificates such as Cisco, Huawei, H3C, and Feita are preferred.

Comprehensive abilities and qualities : positive attitude, strong communication and expression skills, organizational and time management abilities.

Language proficiency : Fluent in both Chinese and English for expression and communication.
