Key Duties / Responsibilities
Drive product success by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including market analysis, budget management, and promotional activities to maximize sales, introducing new products to markets ultimately impacting the company's overall marketing goals.Develop in-depth knowledge of the company products and promote existing and new products to markets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships understanding their needs and providing exceptional service, ensuring a superior customer experience.Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of client orders, coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations.Manage client interactions across different time zones, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness. Work efficiently in an RTR environment, quickly addressing client inquiries and issues.Conduct regular check-ins and needs assessments to understand customers' evolving requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.Monitor customer accounts and track key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Oversee the documentation process, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and maintained.Facilitate payment collection from clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insightsand recommendations.Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion within the flower industry.Academic and Professional Qualifications and experience required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in the flower industry, preferably in an account management role.Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Excellent knowledge of flower products and industry trends.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexibly across different time zones.Key Skills and Competencies
