Program Management Assistant - Nairobi, Kenya Join our client, a global, innovation-driven biopharmaceutical company committed to transforming healthcare outcomes. As a Program Management Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and governance of Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) and Patient Support Programs (PSPs). This role, requires dedication, coordination, and a proactive approach to managing program requirements. Your Key Responsibilities Include : Provide administrative support to the program team and Government Affairs and Market Access Managers. Maintain program documentation, track resources, and coordinate schedules and training sessions. Regularly report on program progress and reconcile PAPs / PSPs monthly or as required. Oversee projects from inception through maintenance to completion. Execute daily operational tasks efficiently and adhere to program timelines. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and track project status updates. Organize and maintain all program documents for audit purposes. Schedule meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain positive relationships with Third-Party Intermediaries / Vendors and clients. Skills and Attributes for Success : Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field At least one year of experience in project management or as an administrative assistant. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical field, especially oncology, is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other program management tools. Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, adapt under pressure, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on creative and analytical thinking. Exceptional time management and leadership skills. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
