Responsibility
- 1. Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the project, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk control, to ensure that the project progresses smoothly according to established goals.
- 2. Real time monitoring of project progress to ensure that all work is carried out according to plan, and corrective measures are taken in case of deviations.
- 3. Communicate closely with customers, understand their needs and expectations, obtain timely customer feedback, and establish good customer relationships.
- 4. Handle various issues during the project delivery process, coordinate resources from all parties to solve customer questions and challenges.
- 5. Maintain close cooperation with other departments such as sales, technical support, and research and development to ensure smooth information flow and effective resource integration.
Requirements
1. Educational background : Bachelor's degree or above in related majors such as communication, electronic information, computer science, software engineering, etc.2. Work experience : Have 5 years or more of work experience in the communication or IT related industry. Fully experienced in delivering large-scale DICT projects, with a focus on pre-sales in delivery and service categories.3. Professional skills : Familiar with project delivery and solutions in the general ICT industry, experience in government and large enterprise project delivery is preferred, and relevant project management certification certificates such as PMP are preferred.4. Comprehensive abilities and qualities : positive attitude, strong communication and expression skills, organizational and time management abilities.5. Language proficiency : Fluent in both Chinese and English for expression and communication.
