Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead generations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research : Conduct research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and selling opportunities.
  • Product Demonstration / Technical support : Present and demonstrate our range of disinfectants and detergents to potential customers and showcase the product usage, application and effectiveness of detergents and disinfectants.
  • Client Engagement : Set up meetings with potential clients, present product benefits, and address their concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients (hotels, hospitals, cleaning companies)
  • Sales Negotiation : Negotiate deals, close sales, and handle objections professionally.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Reporting : Prepare sales reports, track market trends, and share customer feedback with internal teams.
  • Target Audience : Focus on industrial, institutional, and hospitality (I&I) market segments.
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales of disinfectants, detergents, or institutional cleaning chemicals.
  • Strong network in the institutional cleaning sector.
  • Product Knowledge : Possess a thorough understanding of detergents, disinfectants, and related cleaning products, including their applications and benefits.
  • Experience :  1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the I&I market or in the cleaning or chemical industry or related industries.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and articulate product advantages over competitors.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • A diploma in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Location :  Nairobi, Nakuru and its environs, and the Mt. Kenya region
