JOB TITLE : MARKETING EXECUTIVE

About This Job :

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent ,  skilled, and experienced Marketing Executive to work in Nairobi, Kenya.

JOB SUMMARY.

Managing and implementing marketing ATL & BTL strategies to promote the company’s products, services, campaigns or events that align with consumer behavior patterns and corporate goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Content & Digital Marketing :

  • Write and edit marketing content including blog posts, email newsletters, and product briefs.
  • Manage and update mailing lists and CRM tools.
  • Review and condense internal publications such as crime briefings for client and public dissemination.
  • Brief, liaise with, and manage creative and digital agencies on campaigns, design assets, and timelines.

Campaign & Event Support :

  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and internal / external events.
  • Collaborate with the events and PR team to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and audience engagement.

    • Branding & Communication :

  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all internal and external content.
  • Prepare internal briefs for campaigns and initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Assist in developing partnership materials and promotional collateral when needed.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email platforms, and digital tools like Canva .
  • Experience managing creative or digital agencies.
  • Comfortable working independently and coordinating across teams.
  • Basic graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) – Bonus
  • Experience in B2B marketing or the security / technology sector-Bonus
  • A keen eye for analytics and data-driven marketing-Bonus
